Q1: When can I get the quotation?
A: We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price,please call us directly or tell us by e-mail so that we will deal with your inquiry in priority.

Q2: Can you provide samples ? Are the samples free ?
A: Yes , we can surely provide FREE samples for your testing and quality checking.But you have to pay for the shipping cost (generally speaking, our customers use courier account for samples arrangement,such as DHL,UPS,TNT,FEDEX)

Q3: What about your delivery time for mass production?
A: Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time for stock products is around 3 working days. The lead time for MOQ is about 5 to 10 working days.(the detailed dates are actually up to what products you purchase)

Q4: What is your delivery terms?
A: We accept EXW,FOB,CFR,etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you. (Customers always come first!)

Q5: How to ship my order ?
A: For small package, we will send it by Express, such as DHL,FedEx,,UPS,TNT,EMS. That’s a DOOR TO DOOR service. For big packages, we will send them by air or by sea. We will use good packing and encusre the safety. Besides, we can also directly work with your own forwarder in China if you wish.

Q6: What kind of payment do you accept?
A: We accept T/T(wire transfer),Paypal, West Union.(it depends on clients requests)

Q7: How is your quality control?
A: We have a professional QC team (they have over 10year-experiences on average)
We maintain tight control over production from raw materials to finish products.Every working procedure is monitored by our specialists to ensure the high quality of our parts.Importantly,each items are 100% inspected before packing, after fully inspection,delivery to customers.

Q8: Can you make customized products and customized packing?
A: Yes,absolutely. We made a lot of customized products for our customer before(such as wire harness).Regarding to customized packing , we can surely put your Logo or other info on the packing box (it depends on order quantity)
